The City of Manteca contracted with Downstream Services to repair 8,250 ft of 30-inch diameter concrete pipe with severe H2S damage, fractures, and offset joints.

This project required bypass, dig and replace repairs, heavy traffic control and manhole upsizing and coating. Trenchless UV CIPP lining was selected to limit styrene odors, and the impact on traffic and nearby residents. The UV-cured fiberglass liners provided structural reinforcement to the City’s aging sewer main.
