Our clients each have their own secure FTP site on our server where their data is stored and available for download 24/7. Each client is given a unique username and password to gain access. If you are an existing client and need your username and password, please contact us by phone at 1-800-262-0999 or by email.

Instructions for FTP Portal Access:
Access is made by using an FTP application or simply by using Microsoft Internet Explorer or other web browsers such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
If using Internet Explorer or any other web browser like Google Chrome or Firefox, type our ftp address in your URL address bar of the browser and hit "Enter". The ftp address is "ftp://ftp.downstreamservices.com".
You may receive an error titled "FTP Folder Error" since the server does not accept anonymous logins. Simply click "OK", then from the IE toolbar select "File", "Login As...". Then enter your username and password when prompted.
General Tips for FTP Login using Internet Explorer
To download a file or folder, right-click the item on the page, and then click Copy to Folder. Or simply drag and drop the file or folder to a location on your local hard drive.
To rename or delete items in an FTP folder, or paste items into an FTP site (upload), you can use the same commands and actions you use with Windows Explorer or My Computer.
