Wilma Roberts - President

Wilma Roberts is the President and co-founder of Downstream Services Inc. She is responsible for the development and management of all contracts and subcontractor agreements. Acting as the primary contact for project negotiations, Wilma ensures all contracts are cost-effective, meet schedule objectives, and project parameters.

Certifications:

  • CA State Contractors License Class A and C-31
  • Hazardous Substance Removal (HAZ)
  • 40-Hour Hazardous Material Certification
  • State of California Real Estate Broker's License





Victor Roberts - Vice President

Victor Roberts is responsible for the leadership of Downstream Services, Inc. As a co-founder and CEO of Operations, Victor utilizes his 35 years in construction management and engineering to facilitate the company’s vision and goals. Responsible for equipment procurement, Victor works closely with suppliers and manufacturers to design unique, state-of-the-art technology to be utilized in all pipeline services.

Certifications:

  • CA State Contractors License Class A and C-31
  • Hazardous Substance Removal (HAZ)
  • CWEA Collection System Maintenance Grade IV






Kim Carr - CCTV and Cleaning Project Manager

Kim Carr, a seasoned professional, is responsible for directing the CCTV and Cleaning Division for Downstream Services, Inc. [DSI], including supervision of its office and field personnel. As a certified Competent Person, Kim minimizes exposure and risk on each project. She ensures project documents are complete and current.

Loren Roberts - Underground Project Manager

Loren Roberts is primarily responsible for the development and coordination of proposal preparation and management of various projects. She works closely with the Scheduling and Field Operations Departments to manage project data using GIS Mapping and Analysis, as well as creating any required Traffic Control Plans. Loren also plans, develops and implements marketing opportunities; including, advertising, merchandising, and promotional programs for Downstream Services, Inc.

Clark Roberts - Instrumentation Project Manager

Clark Roberts is primarily responsible for the development and coordination of proposal preparation and management of various projects. He works closely with the Scheduling and Field Operations Departments to manage projects.







Jake Jacobson - Stormwater Program Manager

Jake Jacobson is responsible for directing the Stormwater Division for Downstream Services, Inc. [DSI], including supervision of its office and field personnel.







Kenny Lindquist - T&M Projects and Scheduling Manager

Kenny handles Time and Material (T&M) projects, emergency response contracts, project scheduling and resource allocation.







Shelley Kantin - Contracts and Financial Manager

Shelley is responsible for the Administration staff at DSI. She oversees the accounting department, new, current and past contracts, bids, and Human Resources. She researches, consults and incorporates technologies to meet Downstream's changing demands and acts as a liaison between the administrative needs of the clients, crews and management.







Ryan Koenig - Systems Manager

As Systems Manager for Downstream Services, Inc., Ryan facilitates and streamlines the flow of information from the field into the Systems Department, creating procedures for data interpretation and review. Ryan is the liaison between Sales and Operations ensuring that specific software configurations are met with maximum efficiency. He is accountable for reviewing individual client’s requests, customizing, and enhancing to exceed expectations. He troubleshoots and resolves both hardware and software issues within a given task order.
