DownStream Sewer Projects for California Municipalities & Government

Project 1: CCTV Inspection (Closed-Circuit Television) and Sewer Condition Assessment Services 2007-2008 within City of San Diego

DownStream Services, Inc., performing under the City of San Diego's direction, will have provided Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Inspections and Condition Assessment for approximately eighty-five (85) miles of sewer pipelines, manholes and junction structures in remote and non-remote locations within the City by June of 2009.

Project 2: CCTV|Sonar Inspection, Sewer Jetting, Debris Hauling and Waste Disposal for the SARI Line

Performing under SAWPA's direction, DownStream Services, Inc. is in the process of successfully completing the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspections of 7.5-miles, and the cleaning of approximately 13.5-miles, of the Upper Santa Ana Regional Interceptor (Upper SARI) sewer line segments and appurtenances.

Project 3: CCTV Inspection and Cleaning of Sanitary Sewer Collection System, MCB Camp Pendleton

DownStream Services, Inc. is currently in the process of conducting Hydro-jetting and cleaning of approximately 500,000-linear feet and CCTV Inspections of approximately 50,000-linear feet of sewer lines for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest (NAVFAC SW) at MCB Camp Pendleton.

Project 4: Inspection and Assessment Services for the 87-inch Rosecrans Force Main and the West Point Loma 114-inch Interceptor Sewer

The intent of this contract was to inspect and report on the condition of two (2) large diameter sewer pipelines for the Metropolitan Wastewater Department (MWWD). The project was divided into two (2) phases:

• Phase A — Inspection of the 87-inch Rosecrans Force Main Siphon
• Phase B — 114-inch West Point Loma Interceptor Sewer
